Services Provided:
•Fly with the elderly, the disabled, the impaired, those with a fear of flying, and those needing limited medical attention.
•Special consultation with each client to ensure adequate travel arrangements specific to ones needs and desires are being met.•Escort you from your desired pick up location to your final destination.
•Airport check-in.
•Accompany you on escalators and/or elevators.
•Carry any onboard luggage.
•Assist with the airport security process.
•Assist during boarding.
•Accompany you during the flight.
•Make your travel as comfortable as possible.
•Ensure dietary and medicinal needs are being met throughout the entire travel process.
•Assist with connecting flights.
•Assist with bathroom trips and personal hygiene needs.
•Retrieve luggage at baggage claim.
•Offer wheelchair assistance.
•Offer assistance with medically necessary equipment such as oxygen, hearing aides, braces, splints, walkers, crutches, canes, etc.
•Handle travel changes that become necessary because of delayed or canceled flights.
•Keep loved ones informed by telephone or email during the trip.
•Assist with setup or needs at final destination.
